class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dentro de los grupos ind\u00edgenas, las mujeres, que constituyen alrededor del <b>51% de la poblaci\u00f3n,<\/b> son las m\u00e1s afectadas por la discriminaci\u00f3n, ya que, adem\u00e1s de la discriminaci\u00f3n por ser ind\u00edgenas, sufren de condiciones desiguales de desarrollo.<\/p><p>Esto se ve reflejado en distintos escenarios de la vida cotidiana, como son las pocas oportunidades para acceder al mercado laboral, dificultades geogr\u00e1ficas, la escasa participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica o la escolaridad.<\/p>\n<p>El problema es que, por lo regular, las mujeres ind\u00edgenas, adem\u00e1s de las obligaciones intr\u00ednsecas impuestas al g\u00e9nero femenino, se ven obligadas a realizar tareas extras, tales como: hacer y vender artesan\u00edas, emplearse como jornaleras, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>Es decir, llevan a cabo una <b>doble jornada no remunerada<\/b>, lo que tiene consecuencias m\u00e1s marcadas en su salud (f\u00edsica y mental)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-07a9e1b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"07a9e1b\" ind\u00edgenas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p>A trav\u00e9s de estas sesiones, en donde participan hombres y mujeres, buscamos replantear los roles de g\u00e9nero dentro de las familias y sus comunidades, al sensibilizar a estos grupos sobre sus derechos humanos y la importancia del aumento de la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en el trabajo colectivo.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #e4a0c6;\"><strong>Proyectos enfocados en la inctusi\u00f3n laboral de las mujeres<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>La inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en las actividades econ\u00f3micas implica su participaci\u00f3n en la generaci\u00f3n de ingresos, favoreciendo la reconstrucci\u00f3n del tejido comunitario y las relaciones de poder que lo conforman. De tal manera, a trav\u00e9s de proyectos y estrategias personalizadas para cada comunidad, buscamos crear las condiciones sociales y laborales para generar cambios en los niveles de participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en la generaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de sus ingresos.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #e4a0c6;\"><strong>Empoderamiento y representaci\u00f3n comunitaria de las mujeres<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><p>En todos nuestros proyectos buscamos la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres y la valorizaci\u00f3n de su voz como insumo inalienable de los mismos. De tal manera, fomentamos la creaci\u00f3n de liderazgos de mujeres que generen cambios sociales y econ\u00f3micos encaminados a promover el desarrollo sostenible de acuerdo con sus propias culturas e
